MEPIS was commissioned for the design of a new 120,000 square foot, four-story medical office building in Orland Park, Illinois. The building will house physician offices, examination rooms, and diagnostic & treatment facilities. The building is also intended to house the following: radiation oncology with a vault for linear accelerator; infusion therapy center; diagnostic imaging with MRI, CT, radiographic devices, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine. A compounding pharmacy is also located within the building.
MEPIS will be providing full MEP/FP services from design-development through construction administration.
