MEPIS was the Engineer of record for the new construction of a five-story apartment building with 92 tenant units over a site area of approximately 32,000 SF, plus site amenities including a parking lot and trash enclosure, with some ground level space allocated for communal amenities and commercial spaces on the ground level for building employees and residents.
