MEPIS was commissioned for the renovation of an existing 2,000 GSF Data Center and limited renovation of existing 3,294 GSF Out-patient Pharmacy. The project is re-purposing the current Data Center space for a Central Fill Pharmacy located in the DCAM building sub-basement. Additionally, selective demolition and new construction will occur in the existing Out-patient Pharmacy on the first floor. MEPIS will design for MEP/FP modifications after evaluating existing systems for capacity and ability to service new work room configuration. Intended items of special interest to MEP systems include refrigerated and freezer storage spaces, infection control, and pneumatic tube stations.
