Philip Rogers Elementary School

MEPIS was commissioned to assess the current condition and capacity of the existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems at Philip Rogers Elementary School.  The assessment is to determine whether these systems can be extended to support the new 29,858 GSF programmed Annex or replicating the systems if the extension is not feasible.  Upon completion, a Schematic Design of the Annex will be developed based on the assessment’s findings and recommendations.  The Annex will be a linked two-story structure which will include a new classroom with additional storage, a lunchroom, and an elevator with building support spaces.
