MEPIS has been commissioned to provide Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection designs for the conversion of approximately 1,927 GSF of existing space including the conversion of a wet lab to a dry lab. To convert the lab, the existing benches and casework were removed in their entirety. The HVAC was reconfigured for the new layout and balanced, new power and data ports were provided for workstations, reconfiguration of lighting, and new interior finishes were provided.
