MEPIS was Commissioned by Middough for the demolition and reconstruction of MEP/FP systems, project area was approximately 14,000 GSF of partially vacated wet laboratory and office spaces. The reconstruction included new private offices and open office workstations utilizing Biological Sciences (BSD) guidelines for finishes and furniture.
