MEPIS has been commissioned for the renovation of an existing 21,000 RSF office space. The new office suite will contain (5) conference rooms, (25) private offices, and (120) workstations of various sizes. Support stations such as (3) printing stations, (4) closets, and an open pantry/ flexible room will also be constructed. MEPIS will review existing HVAC system serving the area and provide design for changes to the local temperature controls and low-pressure distribution duct, as needed. MEPIS will also review existing electrical systems and provide design of new feeder and branch circuiting for new equipment and wiring devices as well as new raceways for auxiliary systems (e.g. telecommunications, A/V and security cabling). Additionally, the existing fire protection system serving the building will be reviewed and MEPIS will provide design for sprinkler-head relocation to accommodate wall changes, if necessary.
