MEPIS was commissioned for the renovation of office spaces inside UCM’s Billings Hospital (approximately 2,995 GSF) and Armour Building (3,215 GSF) to accommodate a split between the Cardiac Surgery and Thoracic Surgery sections. A break room will be included as a support space for the newly created offices. MEPIS designed the MEP/FP modification after evaluating existing systems for capacity and ability to service new work room configuration.
