A complete renovation of four second floor apartments in a century old historic 3-story masonry building in the heart of the Bridgeport neighborhood. MEPIS provided the architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing designs, construction administration, and construction management services. The Client enjoyed a “one stop shop” process from design concept all the way through construction. The new amenities prospective tenants will see include central heating, LED light fixtures, new hardwood flooring, updated kitchen and baths, and in-unit washer and dryer.
