MEPIS was commissioned by University of Illinois at Chicago to perform Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) design documents for the renovation of approximately 3000 GSF of office space to be occupied by the Anesthesiology Department. The office was designed for 15 people, of which 8 spaces were permanently occupied and 7 would be hoteling stations.
