MEPIS was commissioned to design the Plumbing, Fire Protection systems, and provided peer review for the Mechanical and Electrical systems for a new 23 story, 750,000 ft2 planned development. Located on a former industrial site on the North Branch of the Chicago River, this prominent site building will include ground floor retail, upper floor office space, and tenant amenities. In addition to a river walk and outdoor terraces, building occupants will have access to services including an onsite fitness center, conference facilities, a bar/lounge area, an indoor parking level, and a grab and go kitchen.
