MEPIS was commissioned to assess the current condition and capacity of the existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems at McDade Classical Elementary School. The assessment is to determine whether these systems can be extended to support the new 9,000 GSF programmed Annex or replicating the systems if the extension is not feasible. Upon completion, a Schematic Design of the Annex will be developed based on the assessment’s findings and recommendations. The Annex will be a linked single-story structure which will include a new science lab and one new art classroom as well as a new gymnasium.
