The UCM Adult Emergency Department is a new 38,000 square feet building located in Chicago, Illinois. The Adult Emergency Department Project recreated existing portion of University of Chicago Parking Lot B into Adult Emergency Facility.
MEPIS is taking a role as the commissioning authority for the UCM project which involves functional testing of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and low voltage equipment. All equipment such as Distribution panels, ATS’s, switchgears, Air Handling Units, VFD’s, Medical Gas Systems, Pumps, Humidification Equipment, Chemical Treatment Systems etc. are tested for proper functionality performance.
