Tartan Associates designed approximately 45,000 GSF of new office space and a 23,000 GSF mezzanine in an existing 220,000 GSF warehouse. MEPIS was commissioned to provide MEP services for the new office space and mezzanine.
MEPIS was commissioned to performed detailed field surveys to document existing conditions. MEPIS provided the following: (1) design of dehumidification of the warehouse space, (2) as-built drawings of the existing mechanical systems.
MEPIS successfully designed and integrated the MEP systems for the new office space and mezzanine. The project was delivered on time and on budget.
