MEPIS was commissioned by HPZS for the renovations at Steinmetz College Prep. MEPIS surveyed and documented the existing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within the project area. The mechanical scope included a review of test and balance reports, design of fume hood exhaust systems and associated BAS monitoring. Electrical scope consisted of design modifications of branch circuiting to accommodate room requirements, new or replacement of branch panelboards, new raceways, and outlet locations for data to accommodate room requirements. Low Voltage scope consisted of infrastructure for short throw projector or projector, new lighting for room, and infrastructure for recording studio. Plumbing scope included design of sinks/eye wash stations with associated supplies, drains, acid basins, and lab gas systems.
