Esperanza Healthcare Center

MEPIS was commissioned by Canopy Architects for the MEP/FP, Lighting and Low Voltage Design for the build out of a 5,000 SF healthcare clinic located at 4068 W. 63rd Street for Esperanza Health Center. The mechanical scope consisted of designing the HVAC system, the exhaust system, temperature control systems and the natural gas systems, electrical scope consisted of designing the electrical services for the building including coordination with ComEd, the distribution system including emergency systems, interior and exterior lighting power and controls, the design of raceways for telecommunications and other low voltage devices and the building fire alarm system, the scope of plumbing consisted of the design of domestic hot and cold water systems, review of existing domestic hot water, the sanitary, waste, vent piping systems and the storm draining systems, low voltage scope included the design of structure cabling system for ISPs, Telecommunication and satellite/cable TV providers in the building, design of risers, backbones, telecom closets, distribution to outlets, service entrance for date and telephone circuit, cable tray rack, cabinet layouts and elevation details and the design of building security system infrastructure.
