Work closely with our Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection team and actively participate in new and existing building infrastructure systems cycle, starting with the pre-programming phase, construction, and project close-out. Develop mechanical systems and mechanical systems concepts, including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection; surveying existing mechanical systems and spaces; use Revit and AutoCAD to produce drawings and models of new and existing building infrastructure including HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection per client specification.
Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering required.
- University coursework must have included at least one course in each of the following: Engineering Thermodynamics, Transport Phenomena. 3 months experience as MEP Engineer or related required.
- Experience must have included developing mechanical systems including HVAC and performing HVAC calculations using AutoCAD, developing commercial applications for the design of HVAC and plumbing systems. Experience must have included surveying and evaluating existing mechanical systems and spaces.
