Prepare financial statements for the Construction and Architecture & Engineering Projects within the company. Coordinate billing, budgets and costing with internal electrical, construction and mechanical Project Managers to create an efficient billing process. Enhance the operating expense management of each Construction and Architecture & Engineering Project in order to increase net profits. Negotiate with the Construction and Architecture & Engineering Projects' subcontractors to increase net profits.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related. 6 months of experience as Financial Director required. Experience must have included managing Construction and Architecture & Engineering Projects and Financial Statements trough Deltek Ajera. Experience must have included Collection strategy negotiation within the Architecture & Engineering and Construction Industries. Experience must have included negotiating with Construction and Architecture & Engineering Project's vendors and subcontractors. Experience must have included developing and implementing strategies to decrease overhead expenditures by following the Construction and Architecture & Engineering Industry's benchmarks and data.
