Mr. Young is an Electrical Engineer at M.E.P. Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (MEPIS) since near its inception as a Company, he has extensive experience in engineering documentation and design, analysis reports and assessments for higher education, medical facilities and campuses in lighting, power distribution, and grounding.  Mr. Young’s work includes Electrical Design for floor/site plan and riser diagram generation, product specification and scheduling, and software-based power system analysis. This role also entails writing reports and assessments, electrical code analysis and assessment, generation of proposals, and construction administration and assistance. His fortes are in power systems analysis (e.g. load and harmonic analysis, short circuit and arc flash studies), medium-voltage design & documentation, and analysis of electrical codes & standards. Mr. Young has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
