Construction Management services offered by MEPIS can best be described as a full-service cradle to grave approach to construction. In the early stages, a project is budgeted based upon the design curriculum and MEPIS solicits the project directly to contractors themselves. The contracts with the sub-tier trades are held and managed by MEPIS since we have a General Contractors license. All work becomes the responsibility of MEPIS along with the quality assurance and control of the implemented work to conform to MEPIS design. Due to the structure of this delivery, issues relating to design conflict, suggested substitutions or efficiency ideals can be considered from the sub-tier trades can be considered without the need to re-evaluate the project by an outside firm.

Construction Managers review progress of the work conforming to the specifications with site visits and provide detailed reports explaining any issues, deficiencies or corrective action to clients. Being an onsite representative speaking for the contractors and providing schedule updates and coordinating activities allows clients to have a single point contact for project updates. Onsite supervision of trades reinforces compliance with OSHA safety standards and individual client programs.

Construction Managers also provide field engineering services to streamline any design conflict without sacrificing schedule. In the event of unforeseen conditions, the field Engineer can review and provide timely direction and detail alterations to accommodate the issue without sacrificing schedule. Onsite QA/QC can implement corrective action of non-conforming work in real time, reducing or even eliminating a closeout punch list of corrective issues.
